“KNOW YOUR PORT!!! Operator gave us wrong directions, even though I was specific about what port we were docking at. We surched for 15 minutes and finally a helper from another company was able to get us on track. Had to take a cab 20 minutes to get to location. $35 usd. The group was leaving without us when we arrived. Had to run to stop them. The operators were friendly and knowledgeable. They like loud music on the boat. “Carlos was a nice driver to take us around the island. We arrived early because we got off our ship early and the arrival was local time, an hour behind. We enjoyed seeing the nature preserve area, sandy beach and climbing up the lighthouse. It was nice to customize things by requesting to skip one stop and head back at the 4 hour mark and we were dropped right at our cruise terminal. We were very happy we saw a lot of the island without having to figure out where to go ourselves.”

“Gerry was an excellent tour guide! We spent 7 hours exploring Cozumel. We did a chocolate tour, Mayan bee sanctuary tour, pueblo de maiz, downtown historic sites, coastal drives with stops at beaches, and even bird watching! Bonus: saw crocodiles. Had dinner at a local seafood restaurant, which was amazing: conch, lobster, grouper, shrimp, and octopus. It was a perfect day. Our tour guide was amazing!”

“Our guide Victor was the perfect host for a wonderful day touring Cozumel. A quick 45 minute ferry from Playa del Carmen offered a great day trip that did not disappoint. A great mix of Mayan history, tequila tasting, exploring the coast with a stop at a local beachfront taco stand for the absolute best fish tacos I've ever had, and snorkeling in the crystal clear waters where we saw so many beautiful fish and even a stingray! Victor seems to know everyone on the island, including the other tour guides who all mentioned he was the best of the best and we agree. What a day!”

“Honestly, not a good experience. I feel bad because the guide was so nice, but we spent 30 min on the boat in idle while the guide took pictures of cringey tourists posing on the front of the boat. The snorkeling itself was bad - truly nothing to see in this beautiful water except for one type of fish. I will say the boat is really cool, and it’s pretty as you drive around! That said, it seems like there are way better places to snorkel in Cozumel based on pics from other tours.”
