“My family and I booked this tour primarily for our children. I’m pretty sure they love chocolate more than my wife and I. Overall, the tour was very informative and interactive. The entire family learned a ton about Mayan culture, Cocoa, and the local vegetation. The chocolate workshop, itself, was great experience and a bit of arm workout. My daughters are ages 8 & 12, and they both seemed to really enjoy it. Lastly, I thought the chocolate was great, but my children seemed to be hypnotized by American milk chocolate! We definitely recommend for families and groups.”

“The chocolate factory was amazing. We learned the entire process of making chocolate. Got to taste chocolate from the raw form to the finish and several different flavors. We even got to make our own hot chocolate disc. Then we learn the process of how tequila is grown an processed, finishing with a tasting of 5 levels of tequila. Then it was off to an authentic Mexican meal at "Grandma's House". The taco restaurant was closed for carnival but our guide, Guillermo was quick thinking and filled it in with an amazing lunch.”
