We surched for 15 minutes and finally a helper from another company was able to get us on track. Had to take a cab 20 minutes to get to location. $35 usd. “Honestly, not a good experience. I feel bad because the guide was so nice, but we spent 30 min on the boat in idle while the guide took pictures of cringey tourists posing on the front of the boat. The snorkeling itself was bad - truly nothing to see in this beautiful water except for one type of fish. I will say the boat is really cool, and it’s pretty as you drive around! That said, it seems like there are way better places to snorkel in Cozumel based on pics from other tours.”

“We had a good time, but I feel like this was marketed incorrectly. The description says unlimited drinks, but the drinks were offered until the very end of the excursion. Also, the fact that you can’t put on sunscreen was not shared, until after the boat left the dock. Three members of our party got terrible sun poisoning. Blistering, almost hospitalized. Horrible experience for them. Also, the beach club is rundown and nothing is included. And there’s not much of a beach.”
