“The area was nice for snorkeling, but the park experience was not enjoyable. It felt dirty and not well taken care of. Chairs fell apart when you sat on them! Drinks were also pretty bad with this experience. Would not do this again.”

“We enjoyed the visit to the East side of the island and the chocolate demonstration and the tequila tasting, but the tour fell from there. The Razor ride through the jungle didn’t happen because the wait for the machines was more than an hour long and that was too long to wait in the heat. There are no assigned times - just first come first serve. Lunch at Cocos Beach club was good but all you get is food - drinks are to be paid for, and there was NO snorkeling available at all. Fernando was a good guide but if you want to get out and see the island…”

“Great day in Cozumel with our guide Fernando. The open buggy was a lot of fun and a great way to tour the island. Visiting several beaches and great views for awesome picture taking too. We finished at a beach resort where our grandkids had the best time. Swimming in the ocean and playing on the floating rafts. Lunch was also included which was a typical Mexican meal of Tacos and Fajitas all served family style which we shared. Our guide provided cold drinks and was very friendly and informative too. “Booked ATV and Zip Lines the day before we hit the port on a cruise. The company responded promptly after booking with instructions on how to find the office. We got there on time but had to wait about 20 minutes for some stragglers. Everyone we interacted with was very friendly. The transportation shuttle was a little suspect as there was about 2 gallons of water sloshing around in the luggage compartment and one seat was held to the other one with some rope.
