He went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed ourselves. We saw many parts of the island, but the highlight probably was the natural beauty of the Punta Sur region with the animals, the mangroves and the beautiful ocean. “The tour was canceled for weather. Which I completely understand and I tried calling to see if it was going to be canceled before showing up but was unable to get a hold of anyone. No one notified us that it was canceled- we had to take a taxi there - only to find out we couldn’t go, and then had to take a taxi back to the hotel. All out of pocket expenses. All of which could have been avoided if a simple text or phone call had been made. When I showed up for the tour, the guy asked if we wanted to reschedule. Why would we reschedule…”

“The lighthouse was fun and the beach was stunning! However, we didn’t get clear info on where to pay the extra $7 and we never got a bracelet. Snorkeling was disappointing - only a few fish and shells… One of the best thing was the lunch (extra). We had the whole fish special and the seasoning was to die for!”
