“We had a great time exploring the island with Claudio, who has a fantastic, outgoing personality, and vast knowledge of the area, which kept us engaged throughout the day. He went the extra mile to make sure that we had everything we needed and that we enjoyed ourselves. We saw many parts of the island, but the highlight probably was the natural beauty of the Punta Sur region with the animals, the mangroves and the beautiful ocean. The tequilla, honey and chocolate presentations were also interesting. Overall we were really happy with what was provided via the booking itself. Thanks again for everything Claudio!”

“The tour was canceled for weather. Which I completely understand and I tried calling to see if it was going to be canceled before showing up but was unable to get a hold of anyone. No one notified us that it was canceled- we had to take a taxi there - only to find out we couldn’t go, and then had to take a taxi back to the hotel. All out of pocket expenses. All of which could have been avoided if a simple text or phone call had been made. When I showed up for the tour, the guy asked if we wanted to reschedule. Why would we reschedule…”
